Trout Fishing

House of Mulben, situated close to the River Spey, Scotland, has various fishing ponds stocked with rainbow trout for fly fishing. We take a delivery of new fish from a local fish farm most months.

Our ghillies will show you everything you need to know to catch one (or more!) rainbow trout including advice on choosing the correct fly for the conditions of the day. We have a selection of rods to choose from.

Refreshments, barbeques and even umbrellas and hot chocolates can be provided at the fishing huts during fly fishing. Scotland can sometimes have four seasons in a day!
